I am the owner of Sandy Spiro Fitness Solutions and have been a Fitness Professional for over 35 years. My passion is to help my clients reach their goals whether it is being able to get up and down off the floor to play with their grandchildren or running a marathon!
My love for health and fitness started when I was a competitive athlete in high school and led to teaching aerobic classes in college to combine working and fitness. I graduated with my BS degree from George Mason University and after years of teaching group fitness, personal training and gym ownership, I saw the need for in-home personal training. I design individual training programs with minimal equipment or with a full gym, in client's homes. With the realities of the pandemic, I quickly transferred to training solely on a Virtual Platform. This created new opportunities and the ability to serve a larger client base throughout the United States and Beyond.
My certifications and expertise followed my career path and I am able to provide Professional Training in many platforms.
